Many thanks to Vickie Walker for sharing these photos of a Shape 390 that has a metal grill and a stand.  cheers
These were made for and decorated by Royal Oak.
I've never seen one with a stand before and as it doesn't have a number on it, I cannot confirm that it was made by Crown Lynn.  Always something new to find out Very Happy
