Wow that copper lustre makes the vase look like a trophy!
Titian adored lustres, even though the lustre would have needed an extra firing.

20cmh Fab copper lustre is on a black underglaze  Cool 
theres not much else online about Titian Copper Lustre..

The information I have regarding copper lustre is the piece was underglazed black, clear glazed and fired. Copper lustre sprayed on, then re-fired at 750-800C.
