a little milk jug I picked up today for $3.50 - the mark looks like carrick oliver to me Smile

Yes it's definitely Carrick Oliver's mark Very Happy
I get to see a lot of his work on my travels as he potted prolifically in South Auckland. Don't think I've seen that glaze before though ....?

doesn't seem to be typical of his glazes, from what I've seen - was thrilled to find it though :-)

found a wee vase yesterday which is more in the distinctive style:

I love the way he always seemed to leave that little circle of glaze on the base.
