Too Lovely to Leave - but damaged:-( Roy Cowan
Just wanted to share two lovely bits source from op-shops and garage sales that were just too good to leave even though they are damaged.
Roy Cowan was a real master and the teapot was by him (probably 1960s). He is supposed to be a modernist but this bit could happily fit in an "anglo-oriental" collection.
Among the most committed anglo-orientalists were Harry and May Davis and this fantastic coffeepot is by their Crewenna Pottery
But:
I still love them

They are lovely examples of quality NZ Studio pottery, even though they are not perfect.
