This pattern shows up in a 1988 Matthey Transfer book with the name Satsuma.
However that won't be the name that Crown Lynn gave it.

Kat's pink flower transfer is also on a Lord vase I have, and a Kamelot lidded dressing table heart shaped container. So it looks like Lord and Kamelot were 1980s.
