Is this mug/cup Crown Lynn?

Sorry about the rotation of the photo....don't know how to correct it on the site
I think the number on the base is 1312?
**Have just checked the gallery & a photo of 1312 looks like the same mug/cup....if anyone has any info on what the pattern is called & when it may have been manufactured would be greatly appreciated

I would just like to add that the 1312 shape was first made on 28.8.1979.
