Today I was lucky enough to find a Pagoda 6068 Jug and with it was a salt and pepper which made me look twice at it.  Yes they felt right to be Crown Lynn and the finish on the glaze reflected Crown Lynn's good quality.  Yes the brown colour glaze seemed to be the same on both the jug and the salt and pepper and the bungs were the typical yellow Crown Lynn ones that I see often.  The lower base indent on the jug and salt and pepper match which can be seen in the photo.  I had never seen this shape before, but I didn't need convincing that these were the unknown Pagoda Salt and Pepper and scooped them up.

The 1427 Pagoda Sugar Basin has the same indent at the base as well ....
but like I said .... I don't need convincing!

I was reminded of the photo when I saw barcookie's listing for this salt and pepper with all of the relevant info and I was really pleased to see it Smile
