I agree with Ev About stove tops. I've lost Cook & Serve casseroles on the stovetop.
The heat is OK but direct contact with the source is not.
I have also lost a CL supervitrified plate under the grill.
It exploded and made a big baked bean mess.

ALL Teal pottery is vitrified, all made from the same material, all oven safe.

Just be sensible with your use.
