This pattern is blue dolphins either side of an anchor right around the bowl.
I haven't seen this one before and wonder which restaurant it was used in at the Intercontinental Hotel?

Got the answer to my question today when I was looking for something else and came across the Hotel Intercontinental work sheets.
I hadn't noticed before, but the Coffee Shop used this pattern with the anchor and dolphins.
Utterly pleased to find this info cheers
