On seeing a FB post from Kay, it occurred to me that I never posted this.
I've had it for several years, but can't get to it, unless I empty the display cupboard.  😣

D.I.C. was a department store back in the day as per our friend Mr Google -
The Drapery and General Importing Company
So whether this was specifically designed for something special or just for sale at their stores, I have no idea !
