Yes it's a fabulous teapot. So sad I no longer have the cups. But am glad I now know who the potter is, thank you. Is he still based up north do you know?

The Potters' Marks book says he was based in Dunedin, but pots and potters travel all over the place

I actually think that teapot might be a Frank Bates? But photo unclear
