Could Derek's rosebowl be a piece made by Crum?
I saw Manos's Crum umbrella stand a couple of weeks ago and it has the same texture as this rosebowl of Derek's. Both of the pieces have the same salt glazed grey/brown colour.
Manos's umbrella stand can be found under Crum Potteries.
Anyone have any thoughts?

I'm certain that this is made by Crum. Derek's wife didn't like it as it reminded her of tombstones, but it made a lovely rose bowl.
