Philippa Stichbury
Many thanks to Suzy Dunser for letting us use her photos.
It is great to get this mark confirmed as that of Philippa Stichbury's as it can get confused with Peter Stichbury's mark.
It is in the Marks of New Zealand Potter's book as Philippa's, but it is not on the NZ Ceramics Marks site.
This is what Philippa has to say about it after initially saying that it wasn't her mark, then discussing it with her Mother Diane Stichbury:
"Have had another look at the seal on the pot with Mum- we think it is actually my seal as there is no top part of the S above the P that dad had and it is wider than dad’s seals and only has one dot whereas his had 2- definitely dad’s glaze so it has come from our place!!"
Very pleased to be able to add this to the site and Marks Gallery, regardless that it is used as a stray cat's bowl
