Aquila Shell Vase Empty Aquila Shell Vase

Post  Ev Fri 22 Jan - 11:32

The Brown family got this shell mould (630) when Crown Lynn closed down and produced it in porcelain and earthenware.
I saw this one last week at Julie Cardon's when I was checking out her fabulous collection and was quite puzzled as I had never seen a glazed one before.  Then yesterday Cam Brown Jnr shared the details of when they made them in the early 1990's.
Perfect timing !!
