I think I have finally found a Rancich piece?

I think I may have found a number 7 Rancich vase (without frog)- my first!

I am having trouble deciphering the pencil markings, all I can work out is the last bit 3/6

Can you see throwing rings on the inside?

Looks to be throwing rings inside. This looks like a number 40, but is only 105mm diameter.

I saw one similar a couple of weeks ago, but it was filled with hideous fake flowers and the price was ridiculous.
