This is not Lila Coker's work and mark !!

So excited to see these photos of Lila Coker's work and mark and sticker !!!
This mark is often credited as a Len Castle mark, but the work isn't his.
The Potter's Marks book has a different LC mark for Lila, so it is just fantastic to see this one with the sticker as well

Hmmm we have a similar mark attributed to Chris Lewis .. ?

I checked out the Vol 8 No 1 Aug 1965 New Zealand Potter Magazine regarding Lila Coker and an item said that she was using Stoneware, another item showed a casserole made by her that had been wrongly attributed to someone else.
I was unable to find the item that shows up on Google saying that Lila Coker has the ambition of all good potters to make the perfect pot and alleges that she will retire from pottery if she ever does this.
Perhaps I run too quickly before I can walk at times? Yes I agree
