Baby swan marked 71 is the Fettlers F mark

I have a baby swan with 71 marked on the base (along with the Crown Lynn stamp), is this a rare piece?

Would love to see photos please to compare to Cosom's.
The numbers are not very clear and crisp as they usually are ....?

Is it the angle of the photo, that makes the 7 look like a capital L ?
Or have I been out in the sun to long today

Thanks Janice as you have pointed out that it is an L not a 7.
Could be the Fettlers mark.

It has been established that this is an F mark and it would have been made by the fettler to identify who they were
