I noticed that mrnarna's photo had disappeared so I thought I would take a pic of what I have .... and I found that the saucers have a large well and the cups don't match, so who knows which ones these are and I have no idea if they have different pattern names!! At least the pattern looks the same .. .. .. ....

This may sound silly, but is the pattern a transfer? I have a plate which looks like it has been painted in places.

This pattern is definitely a decal and you can feel it when you run your fingertips over it.
It is kind of textured and a bit bumpy in places.
Fragrance was made c1980.
Sunburst d495 from the 1960's is both decal and painted by hand, the feathers have been handpainted, which was so awesome to find out.
