Mystery Koru mark on beautiful teapot was made by Julia Watson

The Ferret thought that this was the mark of Louise Pickford from her Te Maori work, but I contacted her and she confirmed that it wasn't her work or mark.
It's a beauty and there is something familiar about it, so please help if you can.
