Who made This Candlestick Please?

I initially thought this was made by Stage Artware, and the sticker had fallen off. Not I'm not so sure. The base decoration is quite distinctive.
Then i considered Brendan Adams, and now I'm very confused. Can anyone help?
No markings on the base at all.
