Unusual “rustic” tower shaped glazed vase standing on four terracotta? feet. Measures 18 cm high by 5 cm wide. Rough, almost sharp feel to surface. Is this New Pottery? 67d5ef10

Does anyone recognise this piece or style.. No identifying marks. NZ ?
