There are quite a few and each colour and shaped ware get different names and numbers.

I have seen several green pieces so it must have made it into production, plus it was given a pattern number
The only pink one I've seen is at Te Toi Uku.

Brown Willow d370 is on Classique shaped Ware
Willow d697 on Coupe shapes
Blue Willow d254 on Classique shapes
Blue Willow d325 on Rimmed shapes
Willow d140 on coupe shapes is a pale version
Willow Green 30120
Mandarin d116 [Brown] on Apollo shapes
Dynasty d167 [Black] on Apollo shapes
Dynasty d107 [Olive] on Apollo shapes

There is a photo in the Te Tio Uku Archives of 5 Willow plates in Pink, Green, Brown, Black and Grey in the Rimmed Shaped Ware. Probably Test plates, as the only Rimmed Willow pattern is in the Dark Blue that went into production.
