Yes the casserole is missing it's lid.
It crossed my mind that the mark could be that of Richard Cadness, but he potted in Auckland, so it can't be his.
It might pay to check with any pottery groups in Timaru, as someone might have an idea.
This is stoneware and will be from the 1970's to 1990's era.
