I picked up this bright super-90s looking vase today and the mark on the bottom has me stumped. Im not even sure which way up it should go!

Any input appreciated.

Hi there, this is not a Royce mark that I'm aware of.
The decoration isn't his either, though there is something familiar about it.
Hopefully someone will let you know who Very Happy
