If you look closely at the saucers in this group you will see that the pattern is different from the plates, more a zig zag sort of form. I think it is actually a variation of "Frisco Brown". I have seen dessert bowls with this on the base as well,

Yes, I can see the zig zag pattern in the same tonings as the plates.
I had a Frisco Brown plate in the 70's the same as your other pic
I was going to get the whole set but didn't ... I'm sure the saucers were zig zag too.

Database has two Frisco ..... can't tell if any are the Brown unfortunately!

By chance I saw that the plain gold with brown band like Radiance is called Sahara.
It was advertised alongside Radiance, back in the day
Haven't checked the Database yet to see if it's there.
