It looks like Sylvac to me..... I have one just like it... it was my Mother's....

Hmmmmm I have my elephant in front of me....
exactly the same shape -
mine has 769 Made in England on the base -
and has a hole on the bottom of each foot -
and has white tusks and white toenails.
And mine has elephant skin texture -
and yours doesn't.
So there are differences ....
and I can't say who made your one now

The funny thing about this elephant is the length of his trunk. It is overlong. So is Zana's up the top there...I think you have a Crown Lynn elephant Shanx...
