My pot is marked .508-7 and measures 175x880x60mm
I have seen another marked .508-9. which measured 230x100x80mm.
The design is the same in each case , the example currently shown is also a .508-7.

According to my museum notes there is a 508 a 508/7 508/9 and 508/11 - all called a Running Paint trough.
