McAlpine Jugs Empty McAlpine Jugs

Post  kevin Thu 4 Aug - 21:23

I have two McAlpine Jugs the white one has a "Crown Lynn' stamp.
The green one has no markings at all ? Were all McAlpine jugs maufactured by Crown Lynn ?
If so why is one unmarked ?

McAlpine Jugs Empty Re: McAlpine Jugs

Valerie Monk mentions in her book that McAlpine commissioned Crown Lynn to make jugs that would fit into their fridges. I seem to remember that they sat in the door of the fridge .. ? Crown Lynn also made fridge jugs for other companies. No idea why one isn't marked kevin. They made heaps of unmarked wares.
