That is really great Kat. So that is all of their names then. Strange blinking names ha. I don't have any idea who The Oak Folk are and hope that someone comes along that does.

I have a vague memory of the Oak Folk being a promotion for Oak foodstuffs. I think Oak was a competitior to Watties. http://www.flickr.com/photos/62629464@N07/7813291098 is a link to some stickers from the 1970s with the same characters

Re: Oak Folk d525
Oak was made by Thompson & Hills Ltd in Auckland. "Thompson & Hills Ltd. Established 1897 by Robert Stanley Thompson of Birkenhead and Frank Minton Hills of London. Located at Freeman’s Bay, then Victoria and Nelson Streets. Jams were Oak Brand." from http://tauranga.kete.net.nz/new_zealand_society_of_authors_bay_of_plenty/topics/show/486-money-for-jam-by-peter-henson
This company was bought by Watties in 1960. I think Papers Past has Oak ads from the 1930s. This guy https://longwhitekid.wordpress.com/ posts some very detailed research about NZ brands so may have info on Oak
