Is this mug Crown Lynn/Luke Adams?

Hon-John has sent in this photo of a mug with a white glaze and flower transfer and wonders if it was made by Luke Adams .....? John says that it is quite roughly made and has a possible number on it .... ?
Lets compare it to the one that has the number 1086 on the base...
Well it's not a 1086 for sure! Will keep it here for future reference
