.315 Vase
Got this today...it has a few cracks in it but I've not seen anything like it. Very heavy detail...

Will give it a clean and hope I come across a lovelier one to replace this in time...
Very good week for it...

Re: .315 Vase
Such a lovely big vase!
These were first made in 1964 and several shapes were made with this roller cross decoration as they called it, for O/S ... Owen Salisbury probably...?
I have one exactly the same that was made by Putaruru Ceramics .... which is a mystery in itself!

Two. Huge. Mint. Teal-Aquamarine. Bargain!

Thursday, April 6th. Visitors.
gloworm: "They're huge!"
Kat & Co.: "They're huge!"
Yes, that's what I said. They are ... huge.
But I guess the picture doesn't give an idea of scale.

another day
I was hoping these might be a good swap with Jim but I see he has his own 315:

Re: .315 Vase
Just beautiful. I saw a brown one with the same white middle today, huge crack in it though...
I can wait patiently for a mint one...*sigh*

Re: .315 Vase
Thanks Ev, it's been a crazy couple of years with the arrival of my son, having to put my addiction on hold and having friends living at my house for the last 8 months...it's been difficult to access my pretties to clean out or add to. I'm not sure it's going to get any easier as I am pregnant again with #2. However, I found a mint 612 vase at the local op shop for $40 yesterday...hence cruising the site again.
Ugh, I was up for hours last night checking out trademe, NZpottery, a Crown Lynn FB page and my own photos...how quickly the urge returns!
I think you and I are on the same FB page...Crown Lynn NZ Buy, Sell & Swap.
