Flower mark similar to Jackie Crespin's
I am asking this on behalf of cheekypuppy from Trade Me who would like to identify the maker of this pot. The Jackie Crespin marks I have seen have been (as far as I recall) indented into the clay rather than raised, so wondering whether she ever did raised marks, or whether it's another potter entirely. Thanks, and here is the pot:

Re: Flower mark similar to Jackie Crespin's
Jackie's mark on my piece is impressed into the clay.
Here is a link and it looks very similar to cheekpuppy's, but in reverse.

Potters usually had many marks over time and the Potters Marks book has 3 Crespin marks, but who would know if the were impressed or proud ? Not I that's for sure!

Re: Flower mark similar to Jackie Crespin's
After sleeping on this poser, I have to add that I've only ever seen Jackie's work made out of earthenware clay and this piece looks like it is high fired stoneware from here.
Also the style reminds me of another potters work....... no name comes to me though.
