An Early Pamella Annsouth piece
I've had this for over 10 years, and only discovered yesterday it was by Pamella. Her works are so varied, simply wonderful!

Re: Pamella Annsouth
My partner acquired a vase last year from an antique dealer friend, he had it "verified" as a Merik piece by an "specialist". He listed it a few months ago on TM and low and behold, it was Pamella herself who bought the piece back! I can see why the Specialist was flummoxed as the glazes are so very similar having used the same kilns etc. I used to live down the road from them many years ago in Weggery Drive, Waikanae, if only I'd been smarter as a teenager and invested in some of Merik's works. Oh well, we live and learn huh

My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to Pamella, I've just heard from her she recently lost her partner. Bless her wee cotton socks
