Kimberly d338
I came across this plate. I'd never seen it before and I don't think it is on the gallery.
It is CL Kimberley and decorated with eucalyptus flowers gum nuts and leaves. I would assume it was made for the Australian market.
As usual I can't seem to upload the photo so I'll send it to you when you email me.

Most interesting Glenys!
I checked the Crown Lynn Patterns Database and found -
Kimberley d256 also Kimberly d338
I wish the site had an easy photo uploader, but you can email your photo to newzealandpottery@gmail.com and I will post it for you.
Looking forward to seeing this pattern!!

Here are the photos that Glenys sent -

This pattern looks very much like one in the Gallery that hon-john sent to the site and he said that the backstamp said Kimberly d338 -

Glenys can you check the spelling and let me know if your plate has a pattern number please. Perhaps there is a colour difference hence another name? Thanks Ev

I'd really like to know something about this pattern. Was it made for the Australian market?

Re: Kimberly d338
I have one of these for auction at the moment. I had a totally different take on the pattern, I thought it was Christmas lilies and the Pohutakawa flower, hope I haven't misrepresented it
hadn't even considered gum nuts, I thought they were Christmas lights or bells - see my listing, the plate seems very popular !

Re: Kimberly d338
For anyone who's interested, I saw 4 dessert/cereal plates in this pattern with Kimberley/kimberly (?) on the backstamp (sorry I didn't take note of the number) in the St Vincent de Paul op-shop in Onehunga Mall this morning. Not priced....
