Wow so that is three different coloured bands so far and there may well be more!!
Of course that advert could be any one of these colours, but who would know as it's in black and white.
It's from the 1959 Advertising Scrapbook, which is the earliest one at the Museum. I will also check out the old tulip handle time-frame as well, which was around the same time. I've been coming across the Kelston British backstamp a lot lately and need to suss out when it was used.
