I have NO idea, except it has numbers on the base. Any ideas?

The numbers don't look familiar to me Glenys..... nor does the glazing.
No idea who made that nice bowl, but I'm very sure that Crown Lynn didn't make it.

Those numbers look very like ones I have seen on German made goods. They often use two sets like those. Could be worth some more research. could be Keramik or similar.
