That is a pretty design. Definitely not one to put in the dishwasher. It is so hard to find dinnerware that old with little wear, especially on the gold, and the glaze was heat sensitive as well.

Thanks It is a lovely plate in very good condition, I will try to appreciate it more..
Its been in the shed for ages.. I only noticed the backstamp was not in the gallery today.

So pleased to have found a pristine cup and saucer in this pattern today. A new upmarket trendy place with specialised bits and bobs. They didn't realise it was Crown Lynn until I told them. It was in with the imported from England hoity toity cups and saucers and it is just SO delicate and thin and fine.

That is interesting Janice. The gold trim looks the same, perhaps they used a different decal on the bowls? We will have to watch out for more.

Val's book has this rose pattern on a trio (pg. 63) & its backstamped Golden Bouquet so there must be more than one pattern.
