I found this vase today

with this interesting stamp. I tried to find some information, and came up with this link. http://www.stuff.co.nz/marlborough-express/elections/local-candidates/4091711/GERALD-HOPE Could it be the same Gerald Hope? He was on the Tua Marina school board, and lists studio pottery as an interest, so who knows sunny
