Thanks Kat, there were two sizes .... can you please give me measurements and I will try to sort it out? Cheers Ev

Edits to add ..... the 580 shape is recorded as 'Small round Hanging Pot' so it probably is this shape .... let me check it out and see what I can find.

The 579 has a measurement of 3 and a half inches on the Museum records, with no indication of which way. So this appears very similar except that 579 says in brackets (Wasp Nest) whereas the 580 just says small round hanging pot ..... I'm very confident, but will wait for someone to give the thumbs up ....

This looks the same as Kat's one.
These probably would have been painted by Royal Oak.
