This looks Aussie - maybe even Diana again.

The Australian potteries did make a version just like this vase, see http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/RETRO-FABULOUS-POTTERY-FLOWER-VASE-NO-52-AUSTRALIAN-POTTERY-/370711170086?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item56501b8c26&_uhb=1 and they are well known for the different coloured interiors, but it could also be Beswick with that base stamp, which looks to me like the beginning of the Beswick scroll stamp, see below

It is also a lot heavier and the wall are thicker than the other Titian crackle glaze vases we have.
