I am now unfortunately looking for a head up flamingo. My furniture arrived in the middle east yesterday and one of my flamingoes has suffered a broken neck!!!!
If anyone has one that they are prepared to part with please let me know.
Thanks peters

Oh Peters, that is such a shame! I hope you are able to claim insurance. I am going to move this post to the wanted topic, as I think it will be better there. Also, there is an auction on trade Me at the moment for a pair, they say they won't sell separately, but they are expensive, and as you cannot access it, I guess it will be of no use. Hopefully there will be a member who can help out. Good luck sunny

thanks mumof1, yes they are a bit too esxpensive for me to be hones. Luckily I have found a proffesional repair company in Dubai so hope to get a decent fix job. My problem is i tend to avoid any pieces with damage so I wont be happy until a replacement is found.
thanks again

Aquila Flamingo wanted Empty brocken neck

Hi Ev,

Thanks for that. The flamingo was fixed by a lovely potter in Dubai who did such a good job the break is invisible. I think i'll stick with the fixed one for the moment - don't think my better half wants a flock just yet.

Many thanks

Peter
