Weining Lin
OMG!
I have found something of Weining Lin's, he was a very talented young chinese potter/sculptor who lived for a few years at the Craft Quarry in Whangarei in the early 1990s...This is a lovely bowl & his Dragons were Amazing!!..

I just love Op Shops!
Another of Weinings Pots.
20cmh Blue Carved Spiral Pot, its just beautiful.
The first word on base is China & then last name first Lin, Weining..
I think it maybe one of his first NZ Pots & Im itchin to know what he has written in Chinese..

Re: Weining Lin
Kat I work with people that speak Mandarin and Cantonese so I will get them to look for you. Although some of those characters look very strange and could be another language.
Re: Weining Lin
I emailed a friend of Weinings & she said it says his name & made in NZ! quite simple really.. Lol
