Pale yellow band & Flowers?

It's a side plate & it has geniune ironstone nz on back(its faded & hard to photo)

Sweet Im starting to get fuzzy eyes trolling tru the gallery.. but it must be victoria with a pale yellow band as that side plate is in good condition with little use.
