15cm x 8cmh I love this old groggy, footed pouring bowl! who's mark is this?

Mystery Mark Again!
I am certain this is the same mark as above, just much clearer with out glaze on this fine wee thing at 3.5cmh... its interior is glazed..is that a hammer in a C ?
