Good Luck with Book Launch, hope its a blast! wish we were coming but its not happening regretfully.. I will have to wait till Whitcoulls gets me my copy.
I would have liked to have met up with you lucky folks that are going.  

Val Monk's book launch was a huge success with the Women's Bookshop packed full to the brim with Crown Lynn devotees all there to celebrate the occasion. It was fantastic to be able to meet so many fans including Jonno, Mr Marl and signal-red, Manos and John Parker, also to catch up with many collectors like Mary Morrison, Billy Apple, Alison Reid and Jim Drummond. Antique dealers like Peter Rayner and John Perry and ex Crown Lynn workers like Bruce Yallop [who had the old Crown Lynn shapes book with him!!] and Alan Topham.  Mrs [Lady] Clark and daughter Trish represented the Clark dynasty.....
Cam Brown Jnr and his lovely wife .... too many to name and I didn't get to meet everyone unfortunately, but thoroughly enjoyed myself!

I agree, great to meet face to face with names that one has known for a long time. I couldn't spend as long as would have liked but glad I went and love the book.
