I missed out big time....
Was perusing the local Sallies, saw a ginger jar with lid, nice dark cobalt blue... vaguely thought 'that looks like Crown Lynn', checked the bottom - Chinese looking stamp, 'Oh well, never mind...'
Then later in the week, this listing pops up in one of my searches...http://www.trademe.co.nz/a.asp?id=645118820&cc=61&pid=286228438&hbc=12&ct=link
I confess to not really reading the Ginger Jar topics in depth... Particularly the one with a link to a listing which mentions that the backstamp was deliberately made to look Chinese!
Oh, and I will just add that the price was less than $5 as I recall....![Crying or Very sad](https://2img.net/i/fa/i/smiles/icon_cry.gif)
