This piece belongs to Manos and is signed under the flower design"williams". Manos wonders if it is a piece by Wally Silva.

I would say that it probably is a Wally Silva piece as Ivy Williams painted a lot of his work, but I can't be sure as she may have painted other peoples work as well.
