I really don't know where to put this.
The decoration is obviously local, but I have no idea where the bisque comes from.

Pair of two-finger-handle mugs in cobalt blue and white speckle glaze.
H = 105mm, OD at lip = 70mm

The colour is a little brighter than it appears in my photo.

The sticker reads "Joy Pivac Ceramic Decorator ...... Russell"
