This looks like the pattern on the saucers in this auction.
Though the ones listed have a white background.
No idea of the name of the pretty blue pattern ...... sighs*
I spent some time trying to find this saucer in the No Names Gallery ....
it wasn't there, so I'm popping it in now ~!!~
