Kiln Craft (KilnCraft) Tankard and ????????
I have always been concerned about the quality of the ubiquitous
KilnCraft tankard, seen around in many different glazes.
This photomontage shows the KilnCraft, left, and another tankard.

I have turned the KilnCraft around to show the design more clearly.
It still has a handle. Both tanks sport the same illustration.
The impression is soft on the KilnCraft which make it look like a poor copy.
These tankards always look wonky, bent.
The impression on the right-hand tankard is visually crisp
but physically softened by the honey glaze.
Besides the obvious changes, the height extension,
and addition of a thumb tab on the handle, (not shown here, sorry)
it also has a greater circumference. The extra area is just left blank.
The right-hand tankard has no maker's mark.
Any ideas?

The gold does not show up well.

Tankard by Hemara
Hemara Hemara showed me this tankard (in darker glaze) in his workshop, and said he modelled it. His had a very clear Kiln Craft mark on the base. Here is my recently acquired version in an apricot glaze which I quite like. Base appears unmarked. 17 cm tall.
